Multi‑Skilled Carpenter‑Painter (Maintenance)

About the role

Tool Point Facility Management Services is seeking a reliable Multi‑Skilled Carpenter‑Painter to join its maintenance team in Dubai. You will work on premium villas, apartments, offices and commercial spaces, delivering high‑quality repairs and flawless paint touch‑ups while representing the company directly to clients.

Key responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain gypsum ceilings, partitions and false ceilings, including patch repairs, joint taping and skimming.
• Repair doors, door closers, cabinet hinges, locks, handles and office furniture.
• Perform precise touch‑up painting that matches existing colours, and carry out full‑scale painting projects.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping and filling cracks or water‑damaged areas.
• Mask and protect client floors and furniture, ensuring a clean, mess‑free work environment.
• Collaborate with the MEP team and supervisors to complete jobs on schedule.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in the UAE, preferably in villas or apartments.
• Honest, trustworthy, polite with a professional attitude.
• Good conversational English for clear communication with tenants and clients.
• Available in the UAE on a cancelled visa, visit visa, or ready for immediate transfer.

Required skills

• Gypsum ceiling repair and drywall patching.
• Joint taping and wall skimming.
• Touch‑up painting and full‑scale painting.
• Carpentry maintenance (door, hinge, lock repair).
• Surface preparation (sanding, scraping, filling).
• Basic MEP knowledge.
