Nail Technician – Russian Manicure Specialist

About the role

Brau is a premium beauty destination in Dubai seeking an experienced Nail Technician who specializes in Russian manicure techniques. You will deliver precise, high‑quality nail services while ensuring client safety and satisfaction in a busy, upscale salon environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform professional Russian manicures using advanced dry or e‑file techniques.
• Prepare and remove cuticles with meticulous attention to nail health.
• Provide a full range of nail services, including gel polish, BIAB, builder gel, and structured manicures.
• Assess nail condition, recommend treatments and after‑care, and maintain accurate client records.
• Sterilise and disinfect all tools and equipment according to company and local authority standards.
• Keep the workstation clean, organised, and fully stocked.
• Deliver personalized consultations, educate clients on nail care, and support retail product sales.
• Manage appointment timings efficiently and contribute to store sales targets.
• Participate in training, team meetings, and uphold a respectful salon environment.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of professional experience as a Nail Technician.
• Proven expertise in Russian manicure techniques.
• Strong knowledge of nail anatomy, health, and safe product application.
• Ability to work efficiently in a premium, high‑traffic salon.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.
