The National Graduate Training Programme – Emiratisation is a structured development journey for UAE nationals, offering a permanent role from day one and a tailored plan to accelerate professional growth across various business areas.

Required profile

• UAE passport holder (Emiratisation) and 27 years old or younger.
• Bachelor’s degree from a university accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education with a minimum CGPA of 3.0.
• Final academic transcript submitted at application.
• No more than two years of post‑graduation work experience.
• Completed National Service or permanent exemption (male applicants only).
• Valid English language qualification (IELTS Academic 6.0+, TOEFL 550+ or equivalent).
