National Trainee – Operations (Full‑Time)

About the role

Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA) is offering a National Training Program for UAE nationals interested in operations across its Al Taweelah and Jebel Ali sites. The programme provides a pathway into permanent, full‑time roles in smelting, power, desalination, maintenance and technical areas.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in structured classroom‑based theoretical sessions.
• Gain hands‑on experience through workshop activities.
• Perform on‑the‑job training within EGA operational units.
• Develop competencies required for roles in smelter, power, desalination, maintenance or technical functions.

Required profile

• UAE national with a High School Certificate, preferably in science or technical subjects.
• Age between 19 and 32 years.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Completed National Service, if applicable.
