NDT Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking an experienced NDT Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi team at T-ALL Inspection. The role involves performing non‑destructive testing on oil and gas assets, ensuring the integrity of materials and structures.

Key responsibilities

• Identify material and fabrication defects such as welding defects, corrosion, erosion, cracking, and lamination.
• Perform NDT inspections on plants, pipelines, tanks, vessels, and piping systems during shutdowns, construction, and routine maintenance.
• Apply relevant standards and codes (ASME, AWS, API, ISO, ASTM) to testing procedures.
• Conduct equipment calibration, test setup, result interpretation, and prepare detailed reports.
• Support specialized inspections including corrosion mapping, weld integrity checks, and fabrication verification.
• Utilize advanced NDT techniques, preferably phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT).

Required profile

• Mandatory certifications: ASNT Level II and PCN Level II in RT, PT, MT, VT, and UT.
• Minimum six years of relevant NDT experience after certification.
• Familiarity with industry standards and codes (ASME, AWS, API, ISO, ASTM).
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and adapt to various inspection environments.
