NDT Multi Technician – PCN Certified

About the role

The NDT Multi Technician will support the Operations department with a defined scope of non‑destructive testing work and will help maintain health and safety standards within the SSI HSEQ department.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) and Liquid Penetrant Inspection (LPI).
• Perform UT weld scanning, interpret results, evaluate and prepare detailed reports.
• Interpret and review inspection results against reference codes and standards.
• Follow approved test methods, techniques, procedures and work instructions.
• Document inspection results and produce inspection reports.
• Clean parts/materials before and after inspection and ensure good housekeeping.
• Comply with legal requirements to maintain the organization’s stability and reputation.

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English (written and verbal) – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an NDT Level 2 or equivalent.
• Oil & gas field corrosion survey experience is required.
• Higher Secondary School qualification.
• PCN Level II UT 3.1/3.2 certification (mandatory); PCN Level II UT 3.8/3.9 preferred.
