About the role

The Network Engineer will join AVI‑SPL Middle East’s Network Operations team in Dubai. The role focuses on documentation, implementation and operational support for client projects, and participation in an on‑call rotation.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot network equipment across multiple client sites.
Collaborate with customers and third‑party vendors to resolve network issues.
Coordinate with the Network Operations team to ensure optimal network performance.
Assist internal departments with infrastructure changes such as adding subnets or provisioning switch ports.
Participate in on‑call support rotation and handle system‑side duties.

Required profile

Self‑starter capable of working independently and meeting deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Strong problem‑solving, time‑management and attention‑to‑detail.

Required skills

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent.
Hands‑on experience with Cisco IOS.
Solid understanding of networking concepts including the OSI model, Ethernet and TCP/IP.
