Network Optimisation and Schedules Integration Manager

About the role

Emirates is seeking a Network Optimisation and Schedules Integration Manager to lead commercial planning activities within the Network Control Centre. The role focuses on aligning flight schedules with demand, driving revenue growth and cost efficiencies across the Emirates network.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Commercial Planning at the Network Control Centre, ensuring commercial issues are addressed promptly.
• Audit performance of Network Optimisation & Charters Controllers and make time‑critical decisions.
• Design and maintain operating procedures, checklists and process manuals for schedule adjustments.
• Identify high‑ and low‑demand flights, evaluate aircraft re‑assignment options and recommend capacity changes to capture incremental revenue.
• Develop and integrate long‑term and short‑term schedules into the Central Schedule Repository.
• Monitor under‑performing routes, lead tactical price changes and collaborate with Area and Sales Managers to improve load factors.
• Analyse aircraft swap patterns and provide strategic insights to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in airline commercial planning, network optimisation or schedule management.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to make rapid, data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
• Ability to develop clear procedures and documentation.
