Network Optimization Officer

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven professional to join Etihad Engineering’s Network Optimization unit. The role focuses on applying analytical and data‑mining techniques to identify revenue‑maximising opportunities and support strategy execution across the airline network.

Key responsibilities

• Apply analytical and data‑mining methods to uncover revenue‑maximising opportunities and document actions taken by the network optimisation and revenue management teams.
• Develop, visualise and communicate insights, summarise results and highlight opportunities for capacity shifts based on constrained and unconstrained demand from PROS.
• Monitor new frequency and route builds, update the network team and ensure RMS reflects capacity restrictions in a timely manner.
• Document ad‑hoc and structural network changes and measure their impact on revenue.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics or Business Administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in a numerate, analytical environment; airline industry experience is a plus.
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office and query tools, with expertise in at least two of SQL, R, Python, Power BI or Tableau.
