Network Technician – 3-5 Years Experience (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Network Technician to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will support the design, implementation and maintenance of our clients' network infrastructure, ensuring reliable connectivity and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain networking equipment such as switches, routers and firewalls.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Provide technical support to end‑users and resolve network‑related incidents.
• Document network configurations, changes and incident resolutions.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on network upgrades and projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or ITI qualification in a relevant field.
• Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience as a Network Technician or in a similar networking role.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Practical knowledge of networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with network hardware installation and configuration.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve network issues.
