New Media Specialist

About the role

Hyf Medical Center is seeking a creative and proactive New Media Specialist to drive its social media presence, produce engaging digital content, and support online patient acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team, doctors, and business development colleagues to enhance brand awareness across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and update HYF’s social media accounts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Xiaohongshu (RED), WeChat, WeChat Channels, Douyin and other relevant platforms.
• Prepare and publish daily/weekly content according to the editorial calendar, monitor audience interaction, and grow followers and engagement.
• Create social media posts, reels, short videos, stories, graphics and other digital assets that reflect the premium healthcare brand.
• Plan, film, edit and publish short‑form videos, coordinating shoots with doctors, nurses and consultants.
• Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure content is accurate, professional and aligned with HYF’s longevity and wellness focus.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social media trends and emerging content formats.

Required profile

• Creative, results‑oriented mindset with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience in social media operations, content creation or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare, medical aesthetics or wellness.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written communication skills in English.
