New Restaurant Associate – UAE

About the role

Deliveroo is looking for a New Restaurant Associate to join its UAE team. You will be part of the Account Management team within the Commercial department, helping newly onboarded restaurant partners succeed on the platform during their first 56 days.

Key responsibilities

• Guide new restaurant partners through onboarding, educating them on tools, processes and best practices.
• Manage a call list, schedule follow‑ups and log outcomes for each interaction.
• Handle challenging situations with empathy, providing clear communication and solutions.
• Upsell services and tailor conversations to each partner’s needs.
• Document activities accurately and use internal tools to drive efficiency.
• Complete ad‑hoc tasks assigned by leads or management in a timely manner.

Required profile

• BSc/BA in Business or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in commercial or account‑management roles.
• Strong relationship‑management and customer‑service experience.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented with solid analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce.
• Experience using Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with Deliveroo’s Admin tools and Restaurant Hub.
