Night Manager – Arabic Speaker

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Night Manager (Arabic Speaker) at DoubleTree by Hilton Sharjah Waterfront Hotel, you will lead the overnight operation, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence throughout the night.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the hotel’s overnight operation as Manager on Duty, making operational decisions and escalating issues when needed.
• Monitor performance, oversee the Night Audit, manage cash handling and revenue reporting.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by handling complaints, feedback and special requests promptly.
• Conduct inspections to maintain standards of cleanliness, safety, security and maintenance.
• Lead emergency response, documentation and escalation according to hotel procedures.
• Coach and support team members, reinforcing Hilton values and service expectations.

Required profile

• Passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management or related field (advantageous).
• Minimum 2 years hotel operations experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Previous experience as a Night Manager or Duty Manager in an international hotel is a plus.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and public holidays.
