Nursery Nurse – Early Years (Full‑time)

About the role

Kids First Group is seeking a dedicated Nursery Nurse to join its early years team in Dubai. The role involves providing health‑focused care for young children, supporting their development, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Follow all guidelines, policies and procedures related to child care.
• Provide medical and infant care, dispense medications, perform diagnostic tests and operate monitoring devices.
• Maintain individual health records and conduct regular health checks.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and keep the centre safe and child‑friendly.
• Meet with parents to discuss health and development, and coordinate activity programmes.
• Design and implement child‑development plans, especially for children with special or sensory needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
• Valid DHA Nurse License.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a nursery or early‑years setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
