About the role

Rising School Dubai is seeking a passionate Nursery/Pre‑school Teacher to create a safe, stimulating environment where young children can explore and develop foundational skills. The successful candidate will inspire curiosity, support social and language growth, and ensure the wellbeing of each child.

Key responsibilities

• Motivate and stimulate children’s learning through experiential activities.
• Provide care and a secure environment, creating visual aids and teaching resources.
• Organise learning materials and use them imaginatively to develop personal, social, and language abilities.
• Support development of basic skills such as physical coordination, speech, and communication.
• Encourage mathematical and creative growth through stories, songs, games, drawing, and imaginative play.
• Foster curiosity and knowledge, sharing insights with colleagues and parents.
• Observe, assess, and record each child’s progress.
• Maintain health and safety standards during all indoor and outdoor activities.
• Stay updated on curriculum changes and best‑practice developments.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a nursery teacher.
• Certified and attested teaching diploma.
• Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Commitment to equal opportunities.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Organisational and time‑management skills.
• Capability to manage classes and handle challenging behaviour.
• Excellent communication, patience, and a good sense of humour.
