Occupational Therapist – Pediatric Team (Dubai)

About the role

Bloom Therapy Speech Center is expanding its pediatric team in Dubai and seeks two dedicated Occupational Therapists. The role involves delivering high‑quality therapy to children in a collaborative, family‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and design individualized treatment plans.
• Provide engaging individual and group therapy sessions aligned with client goals.
• Collaborate closely with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary team members to ensure consistent care.
• Maintain detailed documentation and give clear feedback to parents.
• Stay up‑to‑date with current best practices in pediatric therapy.

Required profile

• DHA license or eligibility letter as an Occupational Therapist (mandatory).
• Minimum three years of pediatric therapy experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational, teamwork and time‑management abilities.
• UAE driving licence (recommended).
• Experience in Dubai schools or nurseries (advantage).
