Off-Plan Property Advisor – Dubai

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeks an Off‑Plan Property Advisor to drive sales of upcoming developments. The role combines lead generation, client relationship management and deal closing within a supportive multinational environment.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for off‑plan projects using company‑provided marketing and telesales support.
• Present property options to prospective buyers, negotiate terms and close sales transactions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai’s property market, developers and upcoming projects.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare and deliver sales reports and market feedback to management.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate or luxury sales, preferably in UAE off‑plan transactions.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s property market and major developers.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence; European language skills are a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
