Off-Plan Property Consultant – Dubai Real Estate

About the role

Rocky Real Estate Brokerage LLC is seeking an Off‑Plan Property Consultant to join its Dubai sales team. You will work with a steady flow of in‑house leads, market‑leading developer inventory, and receive comprehensive training and administrative support to focus on closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Engage, qualify and convert leads generated by the telesales and marketing teams for off‑plan developments.
• Arrange and conduct virtual or in‑person viewings, presenting payment plans, incentives and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Provide accurate market advice, keep clients updated on project progress and handover schedules.
• Negotiate offers, guide clients through the sales process and ensure documentation complies with RERA and internal standards.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions, viewings and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Collaborate with developer relations and operations teams to secure allocations and expedite reservations.
• Meet individual and team KPIs, including appointments, conversion rates and closed deals.
