Off Plan Property Consultant

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeks an Off‑Plan Property Consultant to drive sales of new‑development projects. The role focuses on converting fresh leads and investment‑focused clients into successful property transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads for off‑plan developments across Dubai.
• Present new property launches and guide clients through the buying process.
• Negotiate terms, prepare contracts, and close sales in line with company targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Dubai developers, market trends, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and telesales teams to maximise lead conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Dubai/UAE real estate or property sales.
• Proven track record in off‑plan property sales.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai property market and developer launches.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client acquisition skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently or within a team.
