Off-Plan Real Estate Agent – Dubai

About the role

Urban Frame is expanding its Dubai team and seeks an Off‑Plan Real Estate Agent to drive sales of new residential and commercial developments. You will work with company‑provided leads and develop your own pipeline, guiding clients through payment plans and project details from first contact to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage leads from initial contact through to contract signing on off‑plan projects.
• Present new launches, explain payment structures and developer offerings to prospective buyers.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate lead records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in real estate or sales, preferably with off‑plan or developer projects.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working on a commission‑based structure.
• Willingness to obtain RERA certification if not already held.
