Offboarding Specialist – Exit Interviews & Retention

About the role

NAFFCO is looking for an Offboarding Specialist to lead the employee exit management process. The role focuses on conducting face‑to‑face exit interviews, analysing turnover data and providing actionable recommendations to improve retention.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured exit interviews with all resigning employees, including on‑site visits to labor camps.
• Build trust to uncover genuine reasons for departure and record detailed interview data.
• Maintain accurate exit interview records and produce monthly attrition dashboards.
• Analyse turnover trends by department, nationality, supervisor, business unit, location, job category, competitor, and salary band.
• Track competitor hiring patterns and identify organisations attracting NAFFCO talent.
• Escalate high‑risk retention cases and recommend interventions for high‑performing employees.
• Provide management with insights and recommendations to enhance employee engagement and retention strategies.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with departing staff.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Experience in HR, talent acquisition or employee relations preferred.

Required skills

• Data collection and record‑keeping.
• Basic data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for dashboard creation.
