About the role

We are seeking a motivated Office Assistant to support daily operations at our Dubai office. The role focuses on providing excellent hospitality services, maintaining pantry facilities, and assisting with meetings and visitor reception.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and Arabic beverages following proper procedures.
Manage pantry inventory, record stock levels, and ensure cleanliness.
Arrange and support meetings and conferences, including set‑up and logistics.
Greet guests and visitors courteously, offering refreshments as appropriate.
Maintain high standards of hygiene when handling food and drinks.
Present a professional appearance with good manners and etiquette.
Handle busy daily tasks efficiently and flexibly.

Required profile

At least secondary education graduate.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a restaurant, hotel, or similar office environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
Presentable and attentive to detail.
