About the role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations. The role involves maintaining cleanliness, preparing refreshments, and handling basic driving and delivery tasks as needed.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee and refreshments for staff and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office, pantry, meeting rooms and common areas.
- Clean and maintain office equipment, furniture and other assigned areas.
- Stock the pantry with tea, coffee, water and other supplies.
- Assist with serving refreshments during meetings.
- Handle photocopying, printing, filing and document delivery.
- Purchase or collect office supplies as instructed.
- Drive company vehicles safely for official errands and deliveries.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Office Boy, Office Assistant or similar role preferred.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Reliable, punctual, trustworthy and hardworking.
- Good personal hygiene and professional appearance.
