Office & Warehouse Cleaner – Jebel Ali

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Office & Warehouse Cleaner to keep our administrative offices and warehouse areas spotless and safe. The role combines routine office cleaning with heavier industrial tasks, requiring attention to detail and strict adherence to safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Dust, wipe and vacuum office desks, countertops, filing cabinets and equipment.
• Empty trash and recycling bins, replace liners, and restock restroom supplies daily.
• Sanitize breakrooms, kitchens, microwaves, refrigerators and high‑touch surfaces.
• Sweep, mop and clean large warehouse floors, walkways and loading docks.
• Operate industrial floor scrubbers, pressure washers and commercial vacuums safely.
• Clear debris, pallets and cardboard to keep aisles clear.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse restrooms, break areas and eye‑wash stations.
• Report safety hazards, leaks or structural damage immediately.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a janitor, custodian or cleaner, preferably in both office and industrial settings.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lb (23 kg) throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic verbal communication skills for interaction with staff.
• Strong commitment to safety and proper chemical handling.

Required skills

• Operation of industrial floor scrubbers.
• Use of pressure washers.
• Handling commercial vacuums.
• Safe handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety procedures.
• Compliance with MSDS and hazardous material protocols.
