About the role

The Officer Digital Onboarding and Commercialization Emiratized Role supports the Indemnities department in managing customer exit requests, retaining relationships and ensuring compliance with risk and credit policies at First Abu Dhabi Bank.

Key responsibilities

• Perform primary screening of customers' financial records from a credit and risk perspective and propose appropriate solutions.
• Prepare and submit management proposals for cases where EOSB are received to continue borrowing relationships while managing bank risk.
• Proactively collaborate with Credit, Collections, Operations, Risk, branches and relationship management to identify risks and retention opportunities.
• Assess customers' financial standing after final settlement and obtain guarantees and supporting documents.
• Execute operational tasks for the Indemnities department, handling EOSB batches, applying alerts and earmarking accounts as needed.
• Manage internal and external communications to enhance customer experience.
• Represent the Indemnities department in meetings with internal and external customers.
• Ensure departmental TATs are met and work is completed accurately and timely.
• Follow up with other bank units to ensure smooth EOSB processing and reduce complaints.
• Maintain up‑to‑date MIS, analyse data and produce weekly/monthly statistical reports.
• Escalate identified risks or process breaches to management through proper channels.
• Keep accurate records of all departmental transactions.

• Experience in credit risk assessment and customer retention within a banking environment.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple departments.
• Commitment to meeting turnaround times and delivering accurate work.
