Off‑Plan Real Estate Team Leader

About the role

The Off‑Plan Team Leader will drive the growth and performance of A1 Properties' off‑plan division by managing and mentoring a team of property consultants focused on residential sales. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, improving lead conversion, and ensuring smooth execution from launch to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team monthly and quarterly sales targets for off‑plan residential units.
• Support consultants through the full sales cycle, from lead generation to reservation, SPA signing, and handover.
• Monitor daily activities, pipeline performance, and conversion rates across active projects.
• Mentor, guide, and motivate a team of off‑plan property consultants, conducting daily briefings and performance follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and end users, representing A1 Properties at launches and networking events.
• Track market trends, new launches, pricing movements, and provide feedback to improve project exposure and lead generation.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Dubai's off‑plan real estate market as a Team Lead or Manager.
• Proven track record of achieving off‑plan sales targets and leading a team of consultants.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai's off‑plan developers, projects and payment plan structures.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving licence; RERA certification preferred.
