OHL Refurbishment Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced OHL Refurbishment Project Manager to lead renovation projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all phases of refurbishment, ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise refurbishment and renovation projects from inception to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to align project objectives.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost and timelines, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Review and interpret drawings, bills of quantities (BOQs) and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE) standards and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering and OHL refurbishment.
• Proven ability to lead complex construction projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong understanding of HSE regulations and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
