Onboarding Analyst - Institutional

About the role

Ebury is seeking an Onboarding Analyst to join its Institutional team in Dubai. The role focuses on conducting Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for corporate clients while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.

Key responsibilities

• Safeguard Ebury and its clients from financial crime risks, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud and sanctions.
• Perform anti‑financial crime checks as part of the onboarding process for trusts, corporate service providers, MiFID clients, funds and SPVs.
• Conduct comprehensive CDD and EDD investigations, identify complex ownership structures and assess transaction patterns.
• Make risk‑based decisions on client applications and manage a personal portfolio of cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve client experience.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience conducting CDD and EDD for corporate clients.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
