Online Merchandising Coordinator – Emirati Talent

About the role

The Online Merchandising Coordinator will join the e‑commerce team to ensure product information, images and promotional content are accurately presented across Majid Al Futtaim’s digital platforms. This role supports a seamless, engaging customer journey by handling day‑to‑day merchandising tasks and data quality checks.

Key responsibilities

• Upload approved product content, specifications and imagery to websites and mobile apps.
• Coordinate product photo shoots, manage studio inventory and liaise with warehouse teams.
• Maintain product data sheets and ensure correct linking of images to product details.
• Conduct quality checks on photography, styling and content accuracy.
• Collaborate with online merchandisers to optimise category pages, highlight best‑sellers and promote campaigns.
• Gather and manage product information from suppliers and buying teams.
• Prepare and analyse daily, weekly and monthly KPI reports to support sales targets.
• Identify customer trends and address recurring service issues to enhance the omnichannel experience.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1–2 years of experience in online merchandising, preferably in fashion or home sectors.
• Strong commercial awareness of the fashion and home industry.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, take ownership and escalate risks when needed.
• Customer‑first mindset with a focus on delivering quality outcomes.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
