Operation Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Operation Coordinator to support daily operational activities across NAFFCO’s UAE offices, workshops and project sites. The role ensures smooth logistics, procurement and administrative workflows, helping projects stay on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across offices, workshops and job sites, facilitating communication between project teams, field staff and management.
• Monitor project status, prepare operational briefs, meeting minutes and action trackers, and provide regular updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Assist in planning and scheduling site activities, deliveries and contractor access to maintain timelines.
• Raise purchase requisitions, obtain quotes, track deliveries, inspect goods and manage returns or replacements.
• Maintain inventory of consumables and spare parts, conduct stock checks and liaise with warehouse teams.
• Arrange transport, site access permits and logistics for materials, equipment and personnel.
• Maintain vendor contact lists, support performance tracking and resolve issues.
• Prepare operational reports, dashboards and support invoice verification with finance.
• Act as point of contact for internal teams and clients, coordinating site visits, meetings and technical handovers.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or a related field.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Experience using CRM or ERP systems for procurement and inventory management.
