About the role
This full‑time position is designed for UAE national fresh graduates who are eager to start a career in risk management. You will support the implementation of the Operational Risk Management (ORM) framework across ADIB Group, focusing initially on incident management and related activities.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Operational Risk Management team in handling operational risk incidents and losses.
- Support businesses in identifying and assessing key operational risk exposures in line with ADIB’s ORM framework.
- Help manage issues, track actions, and ensure timely implementation of corrective measures.
- Contribute to the identification, assessment, and monitoring of key risk indicators (KRIs).
- Collect and update operational risk data on the Group’s risk management platform and prepare regular risk profile reports.
Required profile
- UAE national fresh graduate with a relevant degree in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Highly self‑motivated, quick learner, and able to collaborate with business stakeholders.
