Operations Associate

About the role

As an Operations Associate at Miral Experiences you will welcome guests, guide them through the attraction and ensure a safe, enjoyable visit. You will be the front‑line ambassador, creating memorable moments while maintaining the facility’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and provide an overview of the experience.
• Assist guests with navigation, directions and answer questions.
• Enforce exhibition rules, monitor behaviour and respond to safety concerns or emergencies.
• Deliver excellent customer service, resolve inquiries and ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the facility.
• Stay informed about upcoming events, exhibitions and promotions and communicate them to visitors.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, enthusiasm and a passion for art and technology.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to act quickly and think on your feet.
• Desirable: at least 1 year of experience in an operational role within hospitality, leisure or theme‑park environments.
• Desirable: knowledge of dry theme parks and attraction operations.
