Operations Associate

About the role

Miral Experiences is seeking an Operations Associate to manage the day‑to‑day operation of one of its world‑class attractions in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and enjoyment of guests while maintaining smooth ride performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute start‑up and close‑down procedures for rides and attractions.
• Organise queuing systems and manage guest flow efficiently.
• Conduct accurate height measurements and fit safety clothing when required.
• Supervise guest loading and unloading, checking restraints and safety belts.
• Inspect and maintain safety equipment such as fire extinguishers and emergency exits.
• Communicate clearly with guests, colleagues and management at all times.
• Operate ride stop and emergency stop functions confidently.
• Record daily operational data, including downtimes, throughputs and staff breaks.
• Lead ride downtimes and handle emergency situations as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Ability to concentrate for long periods and multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and communicating with guests.
• Capable of leading small teams and following health‑and‑safety procedures.

Required skills

• Ride control system operation, including emergency stop functions.
