Operations Associate – Ride & Attraction

About the role

As an Operations Associate you will be the frontline guardian of safety and guest experience for one of our signature rides or attractions at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi. You will ensure smooth start‑up and close‑down procedures, manage queues, and support guests throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Execute start‑up and shut‑down procedures for rides and attractions accurately.
• Organise and regulate queuing systems, height measurements and platform layouts.
• Fit and distribute safety clothing, load and unload guests safely, and verify restraints and safety belts.
• Inspect safety equipment such as fire extinguishers, emergency exits and routes.
• Operate ride stop and emergency stop functions confidently.
• Record daily operational data (downtimes, throughputs, colleague breaks) and keep documentation tidy.
• Lead ride downtimes and manage emergency situations when required.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment and adhere to all Health & Safety policies.

Required profile

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Capacity to stay focused for long periods, including during quiet and busy park times.
