Operations Associate – Ride & Attraction Operations

About the role

As an Operations Associate at Miral Experiences, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our world‑class rides and attractions across Abu Dhabi. You will ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute start‑up and close‑down procedures for rides and attractions.
• Manage queuing systems, height measurements and ride platform organization.
• Fit and distribute safety clothing, and verify restraints, safety belts and equipment for each guest.
• Monitor and operate emergency stop functions, fire extinguishers and emergency routes.
• Record daily operational data such as downtimes, throughputs and staff breaks.
• Lead ride downtimes and handle emergency situations when required.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to all health‑and‑safety policies.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic personality with a passion for guest interaction.
• Capacity to stay focused during long shifts and periods of high or low activity.
