Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will support the delivery of high‑quality cleaning and maintenance services across Abu Dhabi. Working in a hybrid setting, you will coordinate daily activities, ensure compliance with standards, and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project timelines and service quality across all client sites.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
• Maintain quality‑control checks and address any service gaps promptly.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics and operational KPIs.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in coordinating cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous exposure to the cleaning or maintenance sector is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
