Operations Executive

About the role

The Operations Executive will support the optimisation of operational processes across multiple departments in a part‑time capacity. You will work in Abu Dhabi, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to align daily activities with the company’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing operational processes and identify data‑driven improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Develop, document and roll out standard operating procedures (SOPs) in partnership with various departments.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare regular performance reports and propose actionable improvement strategies.
• Facilitate training sessions on new processes and technologies to promote continuous learning.
• Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to ensure operational plans meet financial targets.
• Conduct regular audits to verify compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams to execute strategic initiatives, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Implement and manage operational tools and software that enhance productivity.

Required skills
