About the role
Join Amazon Ultra Fast Grocery (UFG) to lead the newly formed last‑mile operations team in the UAE. You will be responsible for designing, launching and managing fast delivery services while ensuring safety, performance and cost efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end last‑mile operations for a network of small sites on a daily basis.
- Supervise last‑mile dispatch operations and ensure delivery performance meets customer‑facing metrics.
- Drive performance management of team members and DSP partners, including training and development plans.
- Collaborate closely with DSPs to continuously improve operational processes.
- Conduct daily 4M/5S and Safety GEMBA audits for stores.
Required profile
- Experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and effective communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent spreadsheet tools.
