About the role
The Operations Executive will oversee daily transportation and fleet activities, ensuring smooth movement of staff and efficient use of vehicles. This role acts as the central point of contact between drivers, dispatch teams, and clients to guarantee reliable service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day transportation and fleet operations.
- Coordinate with drivers, dispatch personnel, and client representatives.
- Ensure timely staff transportation and optimise route efficiency.
- Monitor vehicle utilisation, scheduling and dispatch processes.
- Resolve operational issues promptly while maintaining service quality.
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance.
Required profile
- Minimum three years of experience in staff transportation or fleet operations.
- Valid UAE driving licence.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Strong coordination, dispatch and operational abilities.
Required skills
- Familiarity with transportation management systems.
