Operations Executive – UAE National (Amazon Now)

About the role

Amazon Now Operations is building a new fast‑delivery service across the MENA region. We are looking for a UAE‑national Operations Executive to lead the rollout and day‑to‑day management of community operations and last‑mile delivery sites in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the on‑ground rollout of Community Operations (CommOps) standard work across all Amazon Now and last‑mile sites.
• Own the end‑to‑end Community Issue Resolution (CIR) workflow: capture complaints, assign owners, track to closure, and feed root‑cause insights back to operations teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for building management and security teams, maintaining weekly engagement and structured ticketing to prevent escalations.
• Partner with Operations Executives and Area Managers to proactively mitigate community risks such as dwell control, parking violations, and noise concerns.
• Ensure Amazon policies, including attendance tracking, are applied fairly and consistently across the team.

Required profile

• UAE national with proven experience leading operations teams.
• Strong record of achieving results in fast‑paced, high‑risk environments.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and resolve issues quickly.
