Operations Intern – Card Services

About the role

As an Operations Intern on the Bybit Card team, you will support the daily functioning of Bybit’s crypto‑linked payment card, ensuring smooth transactions and high‑quality service for users worldwide. This role offers exposure to the intersection of traditional finance and digital assets within a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the card‑payment expert for the Customer Service team, helping meet SLA targets for escalated tickets.
• Investigate and resolve card‑related issues, including payments, applications, rewards and usage queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes and propose process improvements.
• Support data collection and reporting on card performance and user conversion metrics.
• Assist in the preparation of operational documentation and knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Interest in fintech, cryptocurrency and payment services.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
