About the role
Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. As an Operations Manager you will build high‑stakes FinCrime systems from zero to one, designing, automating and scaling workflows that protect our global customer base.
Key responsibilities
- Build complex FinCrime systems from the ground up.
- Eliminate manual friction with end‑to‑end automated solutions.
- Drive infrastructure projects that work effectively in new and existing markets.
- Take full responsibility for project lifecycles, from insight to global execution.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team to scale internal workflows.
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- A 2:1 degree or higher, preferably in a STEM subject.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move with speed.
