Operations Manager – Holiday Homes & Cleaning Services

About the role

Elite Stay Line Holiday Homes is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day running of its holiday‑home portfolio and professional cleaning services in Dubai. The successful candidate will be hands‑on, managing staff, customers and business development activities from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery across holiday homes and cleaning contracts.
• Lead and schedule housekeepers, supervisors, drivers and other operational staff.
• Coordinate cleaning bookings, monitor quality, and handle customer complaints.
• Recruit, train and manage housekeeping teams.
• Develop new business, prepare quotations, negotiate and close deals with clients.
• Maintain relationships with Airbnb hosts, property managers, hotels and other partners.
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Produce daily and weekly operational reports and implement solutions to identified problems.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in holiday homes, hotels, hospitality or cleaning services within Dubai.
• Proven ability to acquire and close new clients.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive, responsible and hands‑on attitude.
• UAE driving licence is an advantage.
