Operations Manager – Instrumentation & Process Systems

About the role

Progressive GE is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Instrumentation & Process Systems sector within its Oil & Gas, EPC, and Engineering division in Abu Dhabi. The role combines strategic oversight of operations with close collaboration across projects, sales, and engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day operations of instrumentation and process systems across multiple projects.
• Coordinate with project, commercial, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
• Drive business development initiatives, including sales and partnership opportunities.
• Monitor performance metrics, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation, and vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas operations, with a focus on instrumentation and process systems.
• Proven track record in Gulf region projects.
• Degree in Engineering (any relevant discipline).
• Strong understanding of commercial, sales, and business development aspects.
