Operations Manager

About the role

Invicta Anara is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day activities across multiple engineering, construction and infrastructure projects in Dubai. The role focuses on delivering projects on schedule, optimizing resources and ensuring strict procurement and logistics control.

Key responsibilities

• Direct operations for several concurrent engineering and construction projects.
• Develop and execute project strategies, manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
• Supervise procurement processes, supply‑chain activities and site logistics.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors and vendors to meet project timelines.
• Enforce compliance with HSE regulations, quality standards and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of senior operations or project management experience in engineering or construction.
• Proven leadership of cross‑functional teams and strong HSE oversight.
