Operations Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our newly established Dubai branch, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day service delivery and building strong operational standards from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for daily operational activities, service delivery and performance monitoring.
• Lead, motivate and manage operational teams to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Handle escalations, incidents and operational issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure appropriate staffing, scheduling and coverage across all shifts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and field personnel to maintain seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar senior operational role.
• Strong team‑management and leadership abilities with excellent organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and make proactive decisions.
• Experience in security, facilities, workforce management or related service industries is preferred.
