Operations Manager – Legal Will Submission (Part‑time)

About the role

Leno Legal Advisory is seeking a part‑time Operations Manager to oversee the quality‑control and court‑submission process for online wills filed by expatriates in the UAE. This function is critical to ensure that each will is accurately translated, submitted, and registered with the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) without errors.

Key responsibilities

• Review every system‑generated will document for completeness and accuracy using a structured QA checklist.
• Manage the end‑to‑end ADJD submission process, including court fee payment, portal upload, and case tracking.
• Liaise directly with the ADJD registry to resolve queries, rejections, or clarification requests.
• Coordinate with the translation vendor to secure timely Arabic translations.
• Maintain a detailed audit trail for each case, documenting submission dates, status, and issue resolution.
• Escalate ambiguous or legally complex cases to senior management.
• Develop and continuously improve SOPs for the submission workflow.
• Provide monthly reports on submission volume, turnaround time, and error rates.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a paralegal, legal secretary, notary support, or court liaison in the UAE, preferably with ADJD, Dubai Courts, or DIFC processes.
• Meticulous, checklist‑driven work style focused on accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and build documentation from scratch.
• UAE residency and existing right to work.
• Bilingual Arabic/English (essential for court liaison and translation coordination).

Required skills

• Arabic language proficiency (reading and writing).
• English language proficiency.
