Operations Manager - Warehouse

About the role

Ingram Micro is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a high‑volume warehouse in the UAE. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end warehouse activities, ensuring operational excellence, inventory accuracy and top‑notch service delivery for our regional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead receiving, put‑away, storage, picking, packing and order fulfillment processes.
• Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counting, KPI monitoring and compliance.
• Coach and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering safety and continuous improvement.
• Optimize labour planning, space utilisation and workflow using Lean principles.
• Utilise WMS, ERP and reporting tools to improve visibility and support data‑driven decisions.

Required profile

• ~8 years of experience managing large‑scale warehouse or distribution centre operations, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership of diverse teams through growth and change.
• Experience managing 3PL relationships, inventory governance and regulatory compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field; MBA or professional certifications (CSCP, Lean, Six Sigma) are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms.
• Ability to work with digital productivity and data‑reporting tools.
• Experience applying Lean‑based operational excellence initiatives.
