Operations Services Technician

About the role

The Operations Services Technician supports well workover activities by preparing surveys, drawings and surface‑facility modifications. The role ensures all tasks are carried out safely and in line with ADNOC’s operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Survey surface facilities related to workover wells and produce schematic drawings showing pipe supports and measurements.
• Dismantle and re‑install surface facilities—including pipelines, supports, CP cables and fittings—within a 100 m radius of the wellhead.
• Coordinate minor modification work with the pipeline team under supervision.
• Generate as‑built drawings and update schematics as required.
• Manage material, spares and consumables, raising documentation for stock issues or direct purchases.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining an efficient workshop to support well services.
• Prepare and maintain records, files and statements related to well services and administrative tasks.
• Follow departmental KPIs, optimise resource use and ensure safety of team members.

Required profile

• Technical Diploma in a relevant field or Secondary School Certificate with a vocational trade certificate.
• Minimum of 4 years experience, preferably in the oil & gas industry.
