Operations Staff

About the role

The international freight forwarding company is seeking an Operations Staff member for its Dubai office. The role will support daily import and export activities, ensure accurate documentation, and coordinate shipments with customers, shipping lines and logistics partners. Candidates should have 2‑3 years of UAE freight forwarding experience and a solid understanding of DDU, DDP, DAP and Free Hand shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day import and export operations for client shipments.
• Prepare and process freight forwarding documentation with precision.
• Coordinate shipment schedules with customers, shipping lines and third‑party logistics providers.
• Handle DDU, DDP, DAP and Free Hand shipment procedures.
• Monitor shipment progress, troubleshoot operational issues and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of import and export processes.
• Familiarity with DDU, DDP, DAP and Free Hand shipment handling.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Self‑driven, responsible and capable of working independently.

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 4,500 to AED 6,500 per month (estimated).
